Villa
Rental Procedures:
Private Villa nightly rates are quoted in USD; most villas
are subject to higher rates during the peak seasons.
Villa rental rates are
based on a high and low season rate, Phuket’s seasons are
as follows:
High Season: November 1st to April 30th
Low Season: May
1st to October 31st
Power Pacific can arrange
for your airport transfers and have a villa manager meet you
at the airport and escort you to your villa, where they will
familiarise you with the amenities of the villa.
We can arrange a car
or a luxury Mercedes to collect you and bring you back after
your vacation. A car will cost between US $10.00 - $20.00
per way, whilst a Mercedes will cost between US $25.00 - $50.00
per way.
Please kindly provide all your flight
details in order that your driver will be ready and waiting
for you at the airport and at the villa for your departure.
If you require the booking of any flights, your villa manager
will be available to make those arrangements you may require.
Our staff can arrange
for a private car rental during your stay, we ensure the cars
have comprehensive insurance. Depending upon the model of
car you require and with or without driver the prices range
from US$ 20 – US$ 120 per day.
All villas have capacity for a maximum
number of guests, as detailed in the villa description. On
occasion the Villa Manager may allow for extra guests; however
we will require to be informed prior to payment of the deposit.
Villa rental periods can range from 3
nights to months at a time. Please provide details of the
length of time you wish to stay and we will confirm with the
Villa Manager of your request.
Check-out time is normally 12.00pm, however
late check-outs may be arranged for a nominal fee.
We must receive written notification
of a villa booking cancellation at least 60 days before scheduled
arrival date to refund the full amount (less $US 200 administration
fee). In the event that a booking is cancelled before 60 days
of scheduled arrival the deposit will be forfeit. Final payments
are non-refundable.
Any amendments to booking dates are subject
to availability and will incur a $50 administration fee.
In case of any breakages or damage to
the property, other than from natural wear and tear or
exterior forces, or should you require the use of the villa
telephone during your stay, we will require a signed credit
card slip upon arrival. Detailed statements of telephone calls
are not always obtainable from the telephone authority at time
of guest’s departure. Upon receipt of the final telephone
statement, we will forward you a copy detailing your telephone
calls
If you do not wish to use the villa telephone
during your stay, the telephone can be disconnected for the
rental period. We can assist you in obtaining local ‘phone
cards’ to use in your mobile hand phone.
The villa owners and their agents will
not be liable to the client or their guests for any personal
injury, sickness, loss or damage to their personal belongings
during their stay and any inconvenience arising from exceptional
weather conditions. Every effort is made to ensure that the
villa is presented to meet its required standard for all bookings.
