Neela is a modern Thai style luxury villa within a highly prestigious development.  At 50 meters above sea level, Neela commands stunning views of the Andaman Sea, the Amanpuri Hotel headland and Bangtao Bay.  Surin Beach is literally at the bottom of the hill and offers a stretch of white sandy beach and crystal blue sea.

Neela stands on 1,400 sqm of land.  There is 300 sqm of living area, extensive balconies, a large infinity pool area and lushly planted gardens and ponds.

Features include three double bedrooms, two with Jacuzzi baths, an elegant living and dining room; a unique and stunning conservatory and a dining sala overlooking those breathtaking views.

Nella is extremely comfortable and cozy.  It is richly appointed with antiques, fine furniture and beautiful textiles.  Relax in the Javanese day bed or the easy chairs in front of the TV, DVD and CD players or lounge by the pool or in the sala.

Villa Services

There are two staff who live in - a cook and a cleaning maid - who will take care of your creature comforts.  A Honda CRV and a driver are at your disposal to take you to nearby restaurants, ranging from the Amanpuri or Chedi hotels to inexpensive little places serving fresh seafood right on the beach.  Patong, with all its nightlife and an enormous array of restaurants is only 20 minutes away.

Rental Rate

The Villa rents for US$600 per night during low season and US$850 per night during the high season.
